Rental Applications

ATTENTION: We do not have a public office so do NOT show up on our property without calling us first.

 

There is now a $15.00 application fee for residential and $30.00 for commercial. This is per applicant. We will not process an application without a payment via credit card. Please do NOT send your debit/credit card information via email.

Applications will not be accepted without actual signatures.

Please state what property you are applying for when you are sending us the application. 

 

You can also send it to our office via US Mail. We also do accept cell phone pictures of the application. Once again, contact our office if you want to drop it off in person.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to pass credit check

• Rent can not be more than 1/3 of your net income

• Must verify income (W2, Pay stubs, etc.)

• Anyone over 18 must be on a lease

• No subletting of any kind (Airbnb, roommates, etc.)
